At its core, InterCast is the single most diverse and affordable digital signage offering available today. It allows users to upload graphics, movie files or interactive Flash content to InterCast’s Web-based marketing manager from any Internet connected computer or mobile device. The media may then be added to a single television, a network of thousands of displays... or simply setup different groups for specific deployment based on commonality or geographic location.
Every system comes standard with both Bluetooth 2.0 and 802.11n wireless networking... to virtually eliminate location and cabling obstacles.
InterCast has the ability to display multiple packages of content in a single location... each package is known as a channel. With a single computer, you can add a second, third or fourth content channel to a specific area... or an entirely separate room. In our InterCast marketing manager, simply *mirror* a channel to duplicate the content to another screen in your facility. Add additional computers to create as many channels as you like.
With a single channel you can display your content on as many media devices as you want... or expand and stretch a channel to multiple screens... in several different orientations or aspect ratios.
Besides plasma and LCD television, projectors, two-way mirrors, reflection mirrors and projection film can also be used or cut to a specific shape.

InterCast never needs to restart, refresh or buffer to obtain new content or change a running order. With one click, any alteration to a graphic, SWF, video file or playlist is delivered to the computer quietly in the background as your content continues to play. The changes appear after the needed files have completed their transfer.
But InterCast is not limited to pre-produced content. Live video, teleconferences or lectures can be instantly delivered to any number of displays with the use of an FLV encoding streaming server.
Simply login in to Roux’s InterCast system, enter the URL of your stream, select the locations, and post the time in which the video feed will begin and end. All your displays will automatically account for different time zones and broadcast your live feed at the appropriate time.
Our domestic partnership with The Weather Channel and CNN allow you to seamlessly deliver national and international videocasts to your displays in increments of your choosing. The revolving content changes throughout the day, and in most US cities, specific local news and weather can be displayed according to the geographic location.
